Da Update

So our product idea for the hockey puck passer seems to be doing really well. We've come up with a design that is both aesthetically pleasing and cheaper than our original product so that is positive. I've talked to a few hockey buffs I know to just try and get a little feedback on the hockey puck passer. Those who are pretty interested in hockey have said that they think this is a great idea and can really help them out with their skills. They enjoy the adjustable speed option. They also liked that it could be a saucer or flat pass, which covers a variety of hockey passing techniques.

But now it's crunch time for core. We'll see how it goes...

Learning about technology...

So I'm starting to kind of get the hang of using Joomla and whatnot. I still need the help of the more technologically-savvy teammates when getting started, but I'm starting to feel a little more comfortable about it.

As far as our project goes, we're progressing pretty nicely I think. I think our puck passer product has a lot of potential if we get the whole marketing aspect of it right. We're still working out the design, but we've enlisted the help of some mechanical engineers so they will shed some light on our product.

Now, to get back to work at the Physics department...

Working at the Physics Department

So I am currently working at the BU Physics department and thinking about Core. Our project seems to be promising, as a lot of hockey players have shown interest towards the Puck Passer. Hopefully we have enough of a target market to work with.

Now time to get back to work...

1st post!

So this is my first post. Historically, I have been kind of weirded out by the use of blogs but since this is an assignment...I have to get over that. The reason I was wary of blogs is because I felt as though they're too open and leave the author fully exposed. I didn't really like that. Now I realize this can be a tool to benefit the author.
